We are looking for a Legal Counsel (2–4 years of experience) to join our growing team in Rome and support the legal development of renewable energy projects in Italy and beyond.

This is a hands-on, business-oriented role where you will work closely with technical, commercial, and development teams. You will be involved in real project execution — not just legal review.

What you will do:

Draft and negotiate land and property agreements (including land leases, purchase agreements, and related documentation)
Support negotiations with landowners,



developers, external law firms, and notaries
Draft and review commercial agreements, including development agreements and letters of intent
Support renewable energy projects (solar, BESS, and other technologies)
Assist in managing disputes, claims, and contractual issues
Support legal due diligence processes for ongoing and new projects
Provide day-to-day legal support to business and technical teams
Assist with contract management, corporate matters, and M&A; transactions

What we are looking for:

Law degree and 2–4 years of legal experience (in-house or private practice)
Exposure to renewable energy or infrastructure projects in Italy
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
Spanish is a plus
A proactive, practical mindset and ability to work closely with business teams
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
