Precise Hotels & Resorts is looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Director of MICE Sales to lead the growth of meetings, incentives, conferences and events at Precise House Mantegna Roma.

THE OPPORTUNITY
This is not a passive sales position.
We are looking for a visible, energetic and highly connected MICE sales professional who knows how to identify opportunities, open doors, build relationships and convert business.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the hotel’s MICE commercial strategy and actively develop corporate accounts, event agencies, associations, congress organisers, DMCs and incentive partners in Italy and key international markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement a clear MICE sales strategy for the hotel
• Generate new business through proactive prospecting, sales calls, meetings, presentations and client visits
