Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay is currently seeking
applicants for an Area Sales Manager – Italy (ideally located in our Milano
Sales Office).

In this position, you will drive profitable growth across a specific Area in
Italy by developing customer relationships, building and managing a healthy
pipeline,



and ensuring strong cross-functional coordination to deliver value and
execution excellence for customers.

What you will be doing:

* Own territory execution across an Area in Italy, including account planning,
customer coverage (direct, POS customers & distribution network), pipeline
management, and forecasting accuracy.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships (with our direct, POS customers &
distribution network) with customer stakeholderders (purchasing, engineering,
program management, quality, leadership).
* Identify and structure new business and demand creation opportunities;
support design activity and conversion into revenue.
* Drive commercial discussions with our direct or POS customers (working via
our distribution network) and ensure disciplined follow-up and execution.
* Provide market & customer intelligence (applications, trends, competitors)
and translate it into focused actions.
