About The Role

As our Legal Counsel, you’ll be responsible for establishing and managing Scrambly’s legal operations across corporate and product domains. You’ll work closely with leadership, product, and operations teams to ensure our business grows responsibly and in compliance with global standards.





This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who enjoys both strategic legal thinking and practical execution. You’ll shape internal legal processes, manage contract workflows, and advise on compliance implications of new features — from data privacy to digital consumer protection.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate & Operational Legal

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial and partner agreements, ensuring business interests are protected.
Ensure compliance with local regulations in key markets (EU, Japan, South Korea, UK, and the US).
Provide legal guidance to management and cross-functional teams on day-to-day operational questions.

Product & Compliance

Act as the primary legal partner for product, design, and marketing teams.
Maintain and update the company’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and other user-facing legal documents.
Advise product and marketing teams on data privacy and consumer law compliance, including GDP
