R&D; Testing & Consumer Insights Specialist

We are looking for a Testing & Consumer Insights Specialist to join our Research and Development team in our Beauty & Personal Care business unit based in Calenzano.

This position is crucial for Bolton because R&D; team has the ownership to boost innovations and to contribute to develop a competitive position in the market.

How Your Agenda Looks Like

Support marketing and R&D; in creating claims and identifying the most suitable performance tests to support them
Contact external institutes to design and conduct clinical trials, both for performance and safety
Coordinate the production and shipping of test samples
Interpret clinical results, identifying the most effective options
Analyze clinical claims for competing products
Manage the clinical trial budget.
Archive clinical protocols in the most accurate and usable manner.

You will collaborate with R&D; Personal Care team and you will be supported by your Manager, Testing & Consumer Insights Manager.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Education: bachelor in Chemistry or similar
Work Experience: 2/3 years in a similar role
Soft skills: innovation, proactivity, curiosity, initiative and a propensity for goals achievement; team building; critical interpretation of experimental results; the ability to organize the job activities in a methodical and rigorous way and to interface with other functions within the R&D; department and with other teams; the competence to manage storage and timely reporting of experimental data.
Local language: good knowledge of English proficient in Italian and English.
