Duties

In a patron usage facility, circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory.
Receives and resolves customer complaints; provides information and general instructions on the use of equipment, facilities and machinery.
Assists patrons in use of the facility by checking out equipment, providing safety instruction, demonstrating new equipment, teaching classes, etc.
Assists in planning, conducting, and arranges support for special events, social activities, tournaments and related functions. May provide work guidance to other staff.

Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
A one-year probationary period may be required.
Must be willing and able to work evenings, weekends, and Special MWR events.
This position may require a health screening due to the lifting requirement of 30 lbs. Immunizations may be required as a condition of employment for the health and safety of those in the facility.
