Application Specialist for Water Treatment with a location in Europe.

Duties & Responsibilities

Partner with the European Sales Organization to drive business growth, provide advanced technical support, and deliver effective customer solutions that strengthen and protect existing business.
Support strategic customer opportunities and major tenders through site assessments, technical audits, solution design, proposal development, and customer presentations.
Conduct wastewater treatment surveys, process evaluations,



and operational audits to identify optimization opportunities and deliver measurable customer value.
Develop, deliver, and facilitate technical training programs for customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with R&D;, Global Product Management, and Application Teams to support new product introductions, technology validation, and innovation deployment.
Quantify and communicate customer value through technical case studies, Value Advantage projects, sustainability assessments, and ROI calculations.
Create, maintain, and continuously improve technical documentation, application tools, digital resources, and knowledge-sharing platforms.
Support the implementation and optimization of digital monitoring and control solutions, leveraging data-driven insights to improve wastewater treatment performance and operational efficiency.
Act as a recognized technical expert in industrial and municipal wastewater treatment
