The Head of Operational Excellence will lead continuous improvement and optimisation initiatives across the company’s European renewable energy portfolio, with a focus on operational performance, cost efficiency, scalability, and standardisation. This role works transversally across Operations, Asset Management, Engineering, and O&M;, driving operational standards, contractor governance,



and performance frameworks, while ensuring lessons learned from operations are embedded into future project design and execution.

Responsibilities
Lead optimization of operational contracts, including O&M; agreements, security services, and SCADA/communication scopes.
Drive contractor consolidation and standardization strategies to improve service quality and achieve economies of scale.
Define owner’s operational requirements, contractual KPIs, and performance scorecards.
Support and lead European-level RFP processes, including technical specifications, benchmarking, and negotiations.
Monitor portfolio performance, identify underperformance trends, and drive corrective and preventive actions with internal and external stakeholders.
Integrate operational lessons learned into engineering standards, project design, component selection, and operational accessibility requirements.
