The Head of Social Media leads and designs social media strategies, tactics, campaigns and tools coordinating and monitoring growth, engagement and conversions within digital platforms. This role also has a direct oversight over the implementation of the influencer strategy and works in very close partnership with other Corporate Functions and regional subsidiaries to cascade and align global messaging and initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Manage all social media platforms and drive social global campaigns

- Articulate a content strategy and a social media calendar tailored to each channel

- Ensure proper amplification of key brand messages locally and globally

- Partner with teams and agencies to execute effective localized plan and ensure global coordination while maintaining influencer marketing activity

- Work with external agencies to secure online reputation and crisis management implementing appropriate action plans

- Maintain a direct relationship with social media platform representatives and media partners

- Ensure the correct execution of social community management practices and moderation

- Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers

- Manage social media budget to maximize ROI and achieve business plans

- Responsible for the implementation and execution of performance reporting and analytics with a defined cadence

- Support PR Team to strategize ongoing brand ambassador partnerships and leverage effective visibility on OVS/PIOMBO/OVS KIDS/Les Copains/Altavia/Shaka/BAngel social platforms

- Drive content innovation,

Profile

-

- 8-10 years of experience leading social media strategies for Fashion/RETAIL

- Experience using a variety of popular social media platforms – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube

- Familiar with tools for scheduling, reporting, publishing and analysing social media

- Good experience in stakeholders and agencies management

- Experience working with influencers and KOLs to build strong brand partnerships and content

- Strong editing skills with attention to details

- Excellent English – written and verbal communication
