IT Business Analyst Advisor/ Project Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst Advisor AI / Project Manager to lead the design, implementation and adoption of AI Solutions based on Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft AI Foundry (Azure AI Foundry) and enterprise AI solutions.
This role combines technical leadership and project management responsibilities, overseeing the design and delivery of AI agents and AI assets. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to translate businesse needs into scalable, secure,
and high-value AI solutions while ensuring successful project execution, governance and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives using Copilot Studio and Microsoft AI Foundry, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget
Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation across multiple AI initiatives
Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders during the project lifecycle
Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting to management
Ensure compliance with Security, Data Privacy and risk management
Support the evaluation and selection of AI technologies, platforms and vendors
Technical Requirements
3+ years of experience delivering AI agent or chatbot development, preferably with Copilot Studio or similar platforms
Good nowledge of:
