What You'll Do
Deliver an exceptional and professional customer experience at every interaction.
Welcome guests and assist with vehicle drop-off and pick-up processes.
Safely transport customer, service loaner, and dealership vehicles throughout the dealership and designated locations.
Maintain customer appointments and assist with scheduling needs.
Complete vehicle walk-arounds and condition inspections with attention to detail.
Assist customers with paperwork and explain dealership processes in a clear and professional manner.
Ensure accurate documentation and maintain departmental records.
Communicate effectively with customers, service advisors, and dealership leadership.
Support vehicle inventory movement and organization across the dealership.
Learn and maintain knowledge of Mercedes-Benz products and services.
Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset.
Follow all dealership safety procedures and operational standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support dealership operations.
Qualifications
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
