JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate with a passion for the Human
Resources field This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely
with our HR team and contribute to various HR operations. Designed to equip you
with essential skills, this hands-on experience will support the start of your
career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact
for employees on HR-related matters, you will play a crucial role in our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will support the HR Manager in the following activities:

* Talent Acquisition: Support the recruitment process by defining the company
needs, coordinating interviews, and liaising with third parties (such as
Talent Acquisition team,



headhunters and eventually universities) to maintain
a steady talent pipeline
* Onboarding Management: Oversee the onboarding process and handle
administrative tasks for new hires to ensure a smooth and effective
integration
* Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage employee lifecycle processes and
changes while ensuring adherence to Italian labor laws and internal HR
procedures
* HR Guidance: Offer advice and guidance to employees on a variety of
HR-related issues
* Collaboration with Centers of Excellence: Work with Centers of Excellence to
improve the efficiency and connectivity of the HR team across the company
* HR Initiatives: Actively participate in the implementation of HR initiatives

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Master’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field

A smart, positive and humble attitude with a willingness to learn

Ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive information
