Scope of the role

As part of the Global Facility & EHS organization,



this role will play a key
part in driving the transformation and continuous improvement of Facility
Management and Environmental Health & Safety practices across the Group. The
position will support the design, coordination, and execution of global
initiatives aimed at enhancing operational excellence, governance, asset
performance, service delivery, and compliance standards across multiple sites
and geographies.

The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to
ensure the effective implementation of the Facility & EHS transformation
roadmap, overseeing project execution, performance monitoring, process
harmonization, and change management activities. The role will also contribute
to the development of data-driven decision-making frameworks, standardized
maintenance practices, and global governance models that support business
