MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Within the Process Excellence Center, in the GRDQ team, we are looking for a new
colleague who will reporting to the Process Excellence Director.

The new resource will be responsible for deploying the creative strategies to
create a work environment that utilizes updated and innovative technology,
processes, and operations. Focus of the activity are processes set up and
relevant equipment to achieve the excellence in the industry.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

* Process innovation: Implement various creative techniques and processes to
increase a company’s efficiency and productivity. By doing so, enhancing the
company’s competitiveness within its industry;
* Create Innovative Goals: Create a list of goals that encourage innovative
thinking and strategies throughout the organization;
Identify Areas of Improvement: Observe standard processes and operations
within the company to identify areas that could agevolazioni from innovation. This
allows to plan creative solutions and opportunities for growth;
* Research Innovative Trends:



Stay up-to-date by researching new trends within
the industry, ensuring the organization remains informed about advancements;
Contribute to source and develop innovative technologies which could provide
improvement of the manufacturing process (savings, sustainability,
automatization, less FTE, etc);
* Scouting new process equipment’s;
* Mapping of current processes;
* Defining ideal processes set-up for each product category.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

* 5 years experience across R&D; or engineering roles;
* University degree in Food Science and Technology, Chemistry, Engineering;
* Strong communication skills;
* Cross‑functional collaboration;
* English is a must;
* Flexibility and ability to travel is a must.

The position offers a gross annual salary starting from €65,000. Additional
compensation and company benefits may also apply and will be discussed and
defined during the selection process and on an individual basis
