Job Description
Dolce&Gabbana; offers an exciting career opportunity as Global Collection Merchandiser- WRTW based in Milan. The successful candidate will be part of the Global Merchandising Department.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
· Perform market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and customer expectations.
· Analyze product performance, sell-through and collection results to identify strengths,



weaknesses and product development opportunities.
· Support the preparation of seasonal collection plans and merchandising grids
· Participate in defining collection structure, category architecture and product requests
· Collaborate closely with Design and Product teams throughout the collection development process.
· Analyze pricing positioning and competitor assortments across different markets.
· Support the monitoring of collection performance throughout the season through quantitative and qualitative analyses.
· Develop reporting tools and collection analyses to support merchandising and design decisions.
· Collaborate with HQ Merchandising, Design, Product Team and Visual Merchandising to ensure consistency of product strategy.
· Conduct store visits and market research activities to gather product insights and identify emerging trends.
