About The Role

We are building the backend that powers how players experience our platform: a set of multi-tenant services that turn high-volume player activity into engaging, personalised, and trustworthy experiences. It is a broad and evolving remit,



with real room to shape new products and capabilities as the platform grows.

You’ll be joining a senior, highly technical team building greenfield backend services that react to player activity in real time and at scale. We value autonomy, craftsmanship, and long-term thinking, and we’re building event-driven systems designed for resilience, low latency, and trust.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and build distributed backend services that power player engagement across a multi-tenant platform.
Develop core platform features and services across a broad and evolving set of player-facing domains, from engagement and personalisation to platform integrity.
Consume and process high-volume player activity streams, integrating with internal platforms (payments, game providers, player data) and relevant third-party tools.
Collaborate with product, frontend, data, and infrastructure teams to deliver reliable, end-to-end systems.
