About the Role
We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with strong expertise in AWS and Generative AI to join a high-impact, strategic project for a major client in the banking sector.
This is an urgent, high-priority hiring wave. You will join an international, fully remote team responsible for designing, building, and deploying next-generation AI systems, advanced LLM solutions, and cutting-edge GenAI applications.
Location: 100% Remote (Open to candidates based anywhere: Italy, Spain, France, Portugal, and beyond)

Key Responsibilities
AI Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure AI systems and model infrastructures using AWS native services.
GenAI Integration: Implement, deploy, and optimize applications utilizing the latest Generative AI models, frameworks, and agentic workflows.
Serverless Engineering: Build event-driven architectures and manage scheduled executions for AI orchestration within cloud environments.
Collaboration: Work closely with international cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI and intelligent data solutions for financial systems.

Technical Requirements
Experience: 5+ years of proven experience working as an AI/Software Engineer in complex environments.
Generative AI: Practical, hands-on experience integrating, fine-tuning, and deploying advanced LLMs (e.g., OpenAI GP
