We are looking for a TECHNICAL INSIDE SALES employee to support our Sales
Managers and distribution partners and take ownership of the internal
coordination of customer projects: Location Verona or Cortaccia (Alto Adige)

COMPITI

Your responsibilities

* Project coordination: Independent management of customer projects from
inquiry to delivery — in close alignment with sales, engineering, and
production.
* Technical consulting: Supporting customers and sales teams with guidance and
recommendations for project success.
* Customer support: Serving as the direct point of contact for customers on
project-related and technical matters.
* Quotation & order management: Preparing customized quotes, following up, and




providing accurate cost information.
* Product knowledge: Continuously deepening and maintaining knowledge of
products and services.
* Internal coordination: Collaborating with internal technical departments to
resolve complex technical issues.

REQUISITI

Your profile

* Technical training or degree
* Basic knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD and/or experience with DIALux evo
software is an advantage
* Proficiency with common MS Office applications as well as ERP and CRM
environments
* Strong organizational skills and a structured working style
* Excellent German or English skills, good knowledge of Italian
* Customer-oriented mindset and a hands-on attitude
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
