Within this mission, the Campus Development and Facility Management Department at HT is expanding and seeking a professional with specific expertise in the design, implementation and management of Data Centre, ICT and telecommunications (TLC) infrastructure.
Your mission
As a Data Centre & ICT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that the design and implementation of Campus infrastructures align with the ICT requirements of both the Research area and the ICT Department, including data storage and high-performance computing (HPC) facilities.
You will be also part of the development team for the realization of new buildings to complete the Research Campus and will report directly to the Design, Authorization and Verification Manager.
Human Technopole, located in Milan MIND Area and counts more than 20.000 sqm of complex building infrastructures, highly technological laboratories and services. The next stage of development will double the current size and will open multiple services to other national institutions.

You will enhance your professional skills by:
Periodically collecting, prioritizing and validating specifications and requirements from ICT and Research area and discuss them with the line manager.
Translating ICT Department strategies and technical requirements into campus infrastructure solutions, ensuring alignment between technology needs and facility development.
Proposing minimum technical standards, innovative approaches and flexible infrastructure design to support the evolution of ICT/TLC service
