We are working with a leading international insurance broker who are seeking to hire an M&A; Associate in Milan. This position is a great opportunity to join a growing company and gain exposure to all facets of the M&A; insurance industry.

Our client looks to hire sector experts from leading advisory firms and utilise their knowledge to advise on complex insurance placements, rather than act as a "typical" insurance broker. This advisory approach has seen our client grow into the market leader they are today.

Responsibilities include:

- Learn about the M&A; insurance market.
- Learn about different risks facing businesses across a wide variety of sectors.
- Understand and learn the unique Howden M&A; approach to broking which has underpinned our growth across Europe.
- Engage and work together with our specialist tax,



environmental, title and litigation teams when placing tax, environmental, title and litigation policies.

About you:

- Must have M&A; experience from a leading Italian or International Law Firm.
- A determination and willingness to learn about legal concepts and the M&A; market.
- Written and oral business fluency in English & Italian.
- Ability to work well as part of an open, dynamic and collaborative team.
- Analytical, with an attention to detail.
- Articulate, personable and willing to, in time, meet clients/prospective clients and their Advisors to help explain our and market offering. xysqume

Salary Range - €75,000 - 90,000 per annum.
