YOUR OPPORTUNITY
As Market Supply Chain Manager, you act as the strategic link between the Business Unit and the regional Supply Chain organization, connecting commercial ambition with operational strategy to enable better, faster and more value-focused business decisions.
You are accountable for end-to-end supply chain performance in your market, delivering against service, inventory, cash and cost targets.
As a core member of the BU Leadership Team, you act as the voice of the market within the regional Supply Chain organization and as the voice of Supply Chain within the Business Unit, ensuring alignment between business priorities and operational capabilities.
You lead and develop the Market Supply Chain team, building business partnering capabilities, functional excellence, accountability and resilience. You play a critical role in embedding new ways of working, strengthening collaboration across the Business Unit, customers and regional Supply Chain teams, and enabling sustainable growth at the right level of service, cost and complexity.

Translate business priorities into a clear, executable and value-driven supply chain plan.
Deliver against key performance metrics (service, inventory, cash and cost) and drive gap closure, managing trade-offs between service, cost and complexity.
