The Regional Sales Manager (RSM)



plays a key role in driving Sobi’s commercial success in the Therapeutic Area of Metabolic Diseases. The RSM will lead and develop a high-performing regional field team, driving the deployment and execution of the commercial go-to-market strategy, and act as a multiplier of Sobi’s values, vision, and strategic priorities. The RSM will be a key contributor to strategic and conceptual decision-making, ensuring commercial strategies reflect patient needs, market realities, competitive dynamics, and long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Sales Leadership & Performance Management
Own overall commercial results, including product sales and performance KPI.
Recruit, train, develop, and lead a team of Key Account Managers to high performance levels.
Apply a full leadership model: manager, leader, coach, trainer, advisor, and mentor.
