The Venue Specialist supports the planning, preparation, and execution of key activities managed by the Creative Office, ensuring that internal spaces are efficiently set up to enable design reviews, sales campaigns, and fashion show operations.
This role plays a critical part in translating creative and operational requirements into functional, high-quality environments, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with Gucci's standards of excellence.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Space Planning & Setup
Optimize and organize internal spaces to support the Design Office's day-to-day activities and weekly review sessions.
Manage the setup and reconfiguration of workspaces within tight timelines, coordinating the movement of products, samples, boards, and materials before, during, and after reviews.
Ensure functional, efficient, and well-equipped environments tailored to the needs of creative teams and capable of adapting quickly to changing priorities.
Coordinate the fitting-out, organization, and reorganization of spaces according to project and collection requirements.
Anticipate the needs of the Design Office and proactively identify and resolve potential operational issues.
Sales Campaign Execution
Support the planning and organization of showroom and campaign spaces, ensuring optimal layout, functionality, and readiness for commercial and Visual Merchandising activities.
Support the operational setup of sales campaigns, ensuring display areas are fully prepared and ready for Visual Merchandising activities.
