In this role, you will design, coordinate, and deliver the utility distribution systems for a new greenfield manufacturing site. You will work within a global quality- and safety-focused organization on commissioning, startup, and operational readiness of utilities. You’ll collaborate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to meet process needs and regulatory standards. This is a hands‑on opportunity to shape critical infrastructure at scale in the pet nutrition business.

- Review utility system designs and deliverables to ensure alignment with process and build requirements
- Participate in design, constructability, and regulatory reviews (P&IDs;, layouts, specs)




- Coordinate installation activities with contractors and suppliers and support construction sequencing
- Prepare and execute commissioning plans, perform flushing and performance testing, and assist start‑up
- Support safety, environmental compliance, and hygienic design requirements for utility systems
- Monitor progress against milestones and manage punch lists and inspections
- Assist in SAT, commissioning, and handover activities to ensure operational readiness
- Promote safe design and construction practices and support permit‑to‑work programs
- Engineering University Degree (e.g. mechanical, electrical) with substantial practical experience xysqume
- 5+ years in at least one Industrial Services discipline, preferably in food manufacturing
- Fluency in Italian and English required
- Experience with large-scale utility systems (steam, compressed air, water, HVAC, natural gas) and relevant regulations
- Experience with P&ID; and industrial plants (AHU, chillers, fire protection, water/steam systems)
- Ammonia plant experience or industrial refrigeration background is highly valued
- Ability to coordinate across construction, commissioning, and operations teams
