Location
Base in Suzhou, China.
This position requires frequent overseas travel, and the majority of working time will be spent at customer project sites worldwide.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage the overseas customer service team and establish a global customer service system aligned with the company's business growth.
Develop and optimize customer service policies, procedures, and service improvement plans.
Manage daily customer service operations and handle major quality issues and customer complaints.
Collect and analyze product usage feedback, coordinate product quality issue resolution, and maintain customer relationships.
Be responsible for team recruitment, training, and performance evaluation to continuously improve team performance.




Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above.
Experience in building or managing overseas customer service/support systems is preferred.
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, particularly in handling complex customer issues.
Ability to provide effective customer service solutions tailored to different international markets and customer needs.
Strong teamwork spirit and professional ethics.
