IMA LIFE, a division specialized in the design and manufacturing of machines and complete lines for the processing of liquids and powders in aseptic environments, is looking for an HMI/SCADA Software Engineer.
Location: Castel San Pietro Terme (Bologna), Italy.
.JOB SUMMARY
Design and configure HMI/SCADA systems for automatic machines and production lines serving the pharmaceutical industry.
Develop and implement data collection and analysis systems.
Collaborate with the R&D;, Electrical Hardware Design, and PLC/Machine Control Software Engineering teams to ensure the proper operation and integration of machines and production lines.
Install, test, and debug software on machines and industrial plants.
Perform software installation and commissioning activities at customers' manufacturing facilities.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Automation Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
At least 5 years of experience in technical IT roles or in industrial environments focused on software design and IT services.
Proven ability to manage complex projects independently and proactively.
Willingness to travel worldwide for short business trips.
Good knowledge of client/server architecture design and local computer networks.
