RESPONSIBILITY
The Continuous Improvement Intern supports the implementation of the Campari Excellence System (CES) across the production department, contributing to operational excellence initiatives aimed at improving Safety, Quality, Service, Cost,
People and Environment performance.
The internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to manufacturing processes, performance analysis, problem solving and continuous improvement methodologies within an FMCG industrial environment.
Working closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality and Engineering teams, the intern will support data analysis, improvement projects, digitalisation initiatives and the preparation of reports and visual management tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Data analysis & reporting
Support the collection and analysis of production and operational data.
Assist in updating KPI reports and dashboards.
Help prepare presentations and visual management materials.
Continuous improvement projects
Participate in Continuous Improvement projects following CES methodologies.
Support Kaizen events, Focused Improvement activities and problem-solving workshops.
Contribute to root cause analyses using tool
