1�Responsible for the installation, commissioning, repair, and maintenance of energy storage systems on site.

2�Address technical issues on-site in a timely manner to ensure reliable operation and minimize downtime.

3�Provide technical support to customers, answer questions about the equipment, and deliver necessary training.

4�Collaborate closely with the technical support team and R&D; department to feedback on-field issues and suggest improvements.

5�Continuously follow up on customer after-sales service requirements to improve customer satisfaction.

6�Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company safety standards when performing any on-site work.

Requirements:

1�in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.





2�At least 3 years of experience in the power industry or with high/low voltage systems, with preference for those with energy storage experience.

3�Hands-on experience with equipment installation, commissioning, and maintenance, preferably familiar with energy storage systems.

4�Solid understanding of electrical systems, particularly energy storage systems and their principles.

5� Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, capable of working in high/low voltage environments.

6�Excellent communication and customer service skills, able to work efficiently under pressure.

7� Relevant electrical or high voltage operation certifications are preferred. xysqume

8� Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to flexible working hours.
