In this role you drive strategic value by positioning Workday’s services as a catalyst for business transformation powered by AI, data insights, and extensibility. You work within an account team to shape transformation strategies, engage with large SI partners, and secure value-based agreements. The role focuses on advisory services rather than pure deployment, helping customers adopt a modern, data-driven Workday platform. You will influence executive stakeholders and collaborate across services, sales, and partners to deliver measurable outcomes.

- Base salary range: 79,000 EUR - 118,600 EUR

- Position the business value of deploying Workday methodologies beyond technical setup
- Advise on AI-enabled transformation using Workday Sana, Workday Extend, and Prism Analytics
- Conduct services discovery focused on outcomes,
change readiness, and strategic goals
- Foster deep partnerships with Global Systems Integrators and align deployment strategies
- Lead, negotiate, and close Professional Services Agreements and Statements of Work
- Maintain accurate pipeline and service forecast data
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with executive stakeholders using strong presentation and influence skills
- 5+ years in Professional Services Sales or Strategic Consulting/Advisory in Enterprise Software or Digital xysqume Transformation
- 5+ years partnering with Global Systems Integrators (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, KPMG)
- Proven Change Management experience addressing people and process aspects of digital transformation
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Ability to explain business benefits of AI, ML, and PaaS without needing to code
