Our client is a leading healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) organization that partners with hospitals and health systems to maximize reimbursement and improve financial performance. Through a combination of technology, industry expertise, and strategic services, they help healthcare organizations navigate complex reimbursement challenges. As the company continues to grow, they are expanding their sales development function and seeking an Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate qualified pipeline while helping build scalable outbound sales processes.
Role Overview
The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be responsible for driving qualified pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. The Business Development Representative (BDR) will engage healthcare finance executives through personalized outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone, while collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success teams to optimize sales development processes. This role is ideal for an experienced SDR who enjoys consultative selling,
relationship building, and contributing to the development of scalable outbound strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting & Pipeline Generation
Execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and phone.
Build relationships with prospective healthcare organizations through personalized, consultative outreach.
Identify and engage executive-level decision-makers within target accounts.
Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities through strategic outbound efforts.
Inbound Lead Qualification
Respond to and qualify inbound leads.
Assess prospect fit and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.
Maintain timely follow-up and nurture opportunities throughout the early sales cycle.
Meeting & Relationship Management
Schedule discovery calls, product demonstrations, and Quarterly Business R
