Industrial Controller

The Position

The Industrial Controller is responsible for ensuring accurate control of
production costs and inventory, with a strong focus on margin analysis, cost
variances and operational efficiency.

Reporting to the CFO,



s/he will play a key role in driving business performance
by overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting
activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Monitor production costs and calculate product margins

* Analyze cost variances (materials, labor, overhead) and investigate
deviations

* Monitor and control inventory levels (raw materials, WIP, finished goods)

* Support monthly closing activities with production and inventory data

* Develop and maintain standard costing and accounting

* Collaborate closely with production and supply chain teams

* Support budgeting and forecasting processes related to production and
inventory

* Work on the project's income statement

* Monthly marginality analysis; deviations with budget

Requirements

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance,
Accounting or similar
