The role requires effective cross-functional collaboration with multiple stakeholders to support leadership in managing complex project activities, including the preparation of project deliverables, process design, and continuous business alignment. By defining the current and future state of the Menarini Group's business processes, identifying risks, suggesting mitigation strategies, and driving towards innovative technology solutions, this person must be:

The role will lead as Project Manager the effective implementation, management, and optimization of Finance and Procurement solutions and their related integrations, actively driving system integrators and internal stakeholders.
The candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle, managing required customizations, defining technical guidelines and standards, and cooperating with Solution Architects and Infrastructure Leads for system configuration and landscape setup.
Furthermore, the candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into clear requirement documents. They will write compelling business cases and proposals, deliver cost-effective solutions, and proactively track business feedback to build continuous improvements into future releases.

Map business processes and analyze the impact of new processes or systems within the Company group
Model (as-is) and re-design (to-be) processes according to predefined goals or changing business drivers
