We are seeking a motivated Contract Manager to join our Legal Technical Contracts team part of our Legal,

The Associate Contract Officer will support the management and execution of Metka-EGN’s supply contracts and other legal documentation related to the operations of the Italian entity. Responsibilities include assisting with contract implementation, archiving, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of contractual documents, in alignment with internal procedures and compliance standards.
Your role will encompass:
Develop an understanding of commercial terms and conditions for implemented contracts and knowledge transfer of contract conditions to wider project team.
Assist with drafting, negotiation, review and finalization of various commercial and supply contracts.
