About The Role

As LiveOps Manager, you'll own the full lifecycle of Scrambly's time-limited campaign operations: planning, launching, optimizing, and reporting on every event that drives offer completions and retention revenue.

This is a hands-on, ops-heavy, metrics-driven role. You'll manage the event calendar with zero overlaps, write campaign copy independently,



coordinate across CRM, Product, Analytics, Design, and AMs, and build repeatable mechanics that compound over time.

You will be measured on revenue growth, testing velocity, campaign quality, and cross-functional execution — not just activity.

Revenue Goals

The Mandate Is Clear

Current LiveOps revenue benchmark: $300–400K/month
Target: $700–800K within 3 months
Target: $1M/month within 6 months

You will own separate tracking of LiveOps campaign revenue contribution and report on it weekly.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Execution You will plan, launch, and optimize all LiveOps campaigns—including weekend events, 2x promos, and holiday campaigns—managing them end-to-end in Customer.io or equivalent tools. This involves managing both the LiveOps and holiday event calendars to ensure on-schedule launches, zero overlaps, clear revenue tracking, and proper coordination with Account Mana
