Your role

We are looking for a Travel Security Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all company personnel during business travel and missions, both domestically and internationally. This role involves the operational management of the entire travel security process, from risk analysis to emergency response, in compliance with the company's Duty of Care obligations.

Main responsibilities

Risk Assessment and Management: Analyze and evaluate risks (geopolitical, health, criminal, etc.) associated with business travel destinations, defining the risk level for each trip.
Policy Development and Implementation: Develop, update, and implement the company's Travel Security policy and related operating procedures, in line with industry standards (e.g., UNI/PdR 124:2022 if relevant for the local context
