About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Project Manager to lead international custom- engineered plant, EPC package and turnkey projects, typically ranging in value from €500,000 to
€25 million.
The Project Manager will take overall responsibility for project execution from contract handover through engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, commissioning, final acceptance and close-out.




The role includes direct responsibility for customer management, schedule, budget, margin, cash flow, contractual compliance, risks, variations and claims.
Working in a matrix organization, the Project Manager will coordinate internal functions, suppliers, subcontractors and site teams, actively driving decisions, resolving critical issues and implementing recovery plans where required.
This is a hands-on role, not limited to project reporting or coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of assigned projects from contract handover through final acceptance andclose-out.
Define and manage the project execution strategy, including schedule, budget, resources, procurement priorities and contractual milestones.
Coordinate engineering, procurement, expediting, manufacturing, quality, logistics, construction and commissioning activities.
Act as the primary interface with the customer and lead in
