Your Mission
As Head of Product Management & Application Engineering, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product portfolio strategy while leading the application engineering function to ensure technical excellence and customer satisfaction.
You will act as the bridge between market needs, commercial opportunities, R&D; capabilities, and customer applications,



ensuring our solutions remain differentiated and competitive.

Key Responsibilities
• Define and drive the global product management strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and develop Product Management and Application Engineering teams.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including market and funnel analysis, concept development, product launch, performance optimization, and phase-out.
• Translate customer and market insights into product innovation opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, R&D;, Operations, and Marketing to accelerate growth.
• Support key customers and strategic projects with advanced technical expertise.
• Drive new product introductions and ensure successful market adoption.
