JOB DESCRIPTION

For our IT team, we are looking for a D&BT; Customer Service & Logistics Analyst.





You will be part of a global team and will have the opportunity to contribute to
transformational programs such as, for example, the design and implementation of
the new ERP SAP S/$ HANA, as well as to the continuous evolution of our 3PLs and
customers collaboration model. The position will report to the D&BT; Supply Chain
Planning, Customer Service and Logistics responsible, and it will be based in
our Headquarters in Parma

JOB PURPOSE

The role is responsible for managing the execution of the assigned projects;
s/he will monitor the status of initiatives and activities while maintaining
status reports and adherence to the IT governance model, will ensure the
commitment of the whole project team (internal/external resources), and grant a
high standard of solution quality.

S/he will be working in strong cooperation with Business Partners (Global and
Regional), IT Infrastructure, Architecture & Cybersecurity, and all IT
colleagues, assuring adequate application of “secu
