Job Description

Your opportunity
We are currently seeking a Go-to-Market Specialist who will report to Senior Go-to-Market Manager as part of our dynamic Go-to-Market team in Milan.

How you will contribute

Support the Go-to-Market team in quarterly tracking of distribution “advances” through the update and analysis of the distribution KPIs.



To prepare the KPIs dashboards in order to discuss distribution trends with the top management and the salesforce.
Support Brands’ distribution plans definition and update the yearly distribution reports to share with the Brands houses.
Perform market research as well as internal analysis aimed at supporting managers in defining business plans and providing strategic recommendation.
Monitor the execution and effectiveness of the Brands' distribution strategy in each market and channel with particular focus on selective distribution Network. To ensure that both brick and mortar and online distribution respect the selective requirements and control Network evolution.
Constantly monitor the performance of projects related to all the Brands of the Portfolio with the aim of maintaining the focus of all functions on achieving the objective.

Who you are

At least one year in consulting, finance or business analysis/planning
Previous experience in a multinational company
Fluent in English and Itali
