The Clienteling Analysis Specialist supports the analysis and optimization of
clienteling performance across channels and markets. The role leverages customer
data, engagement metrics, and business insights to monitor clienteling
effectiveness, identify opportunities to enhance customer relationships, and
support data-driven decision making on clienteling matters across the
organization.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

* Analyze customer engagement, clienteling activities, and purchasing behaviors
to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
* Monitor clienteling performance through dashboards, reports, and KPI
tracking.




* Support the development of customer segmentation and targeting analyses to
drive personalized engagement strategies.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of clienteling initiatives and provide
