Role Purpose and Mission
The role is responsible for coordinating external BPO Resources on key activities within the Group statutory reporting and monthly closing processes, with a focus on intercompany, general ledger, disclosure schedules and financial data quality. The resource acts as a point of reference for BPO teams, local finance teams and Group stakeholders, ensuring timely execution of closing activities, resolution of operational issues,



compliance with SOPs and consistency of reporting outputs. The role also supports continuous improvement initiatives, strengthens analytical controls and contributes to the maintenance of robust process documentation and audit trails.
Key Responsibilities
Intercompany
Coordinate and Manage Intercompany Reconciliation process ensuring quality and timely closure
Intercompany Recharges
Perform Initial calculation
Coordinate ICO Recharges planning activities
Coordinate monthly accruals and Periodic invoices postings
General Ledger
Coordinate T&E; and related Month End Accruals
Coordination on monthly accruals (eg: rents)
Coordination and management of Bank Transitory Accounts
Coordinate IFRS7 + IFRS 9 postings and Disclosures
Coordinate Provision postings + Disclosures
Coordinate Factoring Postings + Disclosures
Support on Tax related activities
One Off PL Line quarterly reporting
Quality Checks & Analytical Controls
