Role Overview

We are seeking a senior, part-time Technical Interviewer with an enterprise architecture mindset and deep hands-on experience across application engineering, cloud platforms, DevOps/SRE, and data engineering.
This role is client-facing and requires someone who is credible with customers, structured in evaluation, and decisive in judgment—capable of assessing both technical excellence and consulting maturity. The candidate should be well versed with Agentic SDLC.
The interviewer will conduct advanced technical and architectural interviews, lead design and problem-solving discussions, and provide clear, defensible hiring recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Interviewing & Assessment
Conduct deep technical interviews across:
.NET / Full-Stack Engineering (Angular, React)




.Python/Node JS/ Full stack Engineering for App development and legacy migrations.
Test Automation (Playwright, TypeScript-based frameworks)
DevOps, SRE, and Cloud Engineering
Data Engineering (batch & streaming platforms)
Lead live coding, system design, and architecture discussions using Visual Studio or equivalent IDEs.
Evaluate candidates’ ability to design, build, operate, and evolve enterprise-grade systems.

2. Architecture & Design Evaluation
Assess application and platform architecture at both project and enterprise levels.
Evaluate:
Event-driven systems (Service Bus, messaging, async patterns)
Cloud-native architectures across Azure, AWS, and/or GCP ( Primary Azure)
Resiliency, scalability, and failure-mode analysis
Judge architectural tradeoffs with respect to cost, reliability, security, and operational complexity.

3. DevOps, SRE & Platform Engineering Assessment
Interview candidates on:
