HYROX is a global sports event series that combines running and functional fitness training in a unique race format. Founded in Germany in 2017, HYROX has evolved into a worldwide fitness movement with events across five continents, attracting tens of thousands of athletes every season.
To support our growing Ticketing & Marketing team, we are looking for a committed Events Registration Coordinator (On-Site) (m/f/d) to join our HYROX EU Event team on a full-time basis. This is a fully on-site, execution-focused role. The primary purpose of this position is to travel directly to our event venues across Europe, supporting local teams and ensuring a seamless, high-quality registration experience for all participants on event days as well as during setup days.
You will be traveling extensively, both during weekdays for setup/pre-event operations and on weekends for race days, attending 15–20 multi-day HYROX events per season across Europe.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
End-to-End Registration Management: Oversee the full registration process on-site,
from hardware setup and pre-registration through to event day execution and post-event breakdown.
Technical On-Site Setup: Ensure all registration hardware (laptops, scanners, printers, tablets) is set up correctly, tested, and fully functioning throughout the event weekend.
Team Supervision & Leadership: Brief, train, supervise, and support local registration staff and volunteers to maintain high and consistent service standards.
Troubleshooting & Customer Care: Handle on-the-spot registration, check-in, or ticketing issues in a calm, professional, and customer-focused manner.
Policy & Compliance Enforcement: Enforce event policies and Terms & Conditions regarding waivers, missing tickets, late arrivals, or disputes, reporting major incidents to Event Operations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Event Production, Ticketing, and Logistics teams to collaboratively solve complex on-site operational challenge
