We are looking for a brilliant Programme Application Specialist. As part of our PMO Department, you will be a key player in ensuring that our project planning software effectively supports business needs. You will coordinate project applications lifecycle from configuration to maintenance, troubleshooting and optimisation, training internal users and managing vendors.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

Programme Application Coordination

Ensure that applications used by the planning department are fully functional, up to date, and operating efficiently. Together with the software developers and vendors, manage configuration, upgrades,



and routine system health checks. Act as the primary point of contact with end-users for resolving technical issues: diagnose software bugs, contact developers or vendors to support them to solve the issue, manage incident tickets on daily basis, and restore services as soon as possible, follow up with end-users to ensure that incident has been properly corrected. Keep the user community always informed of latest software development and status. Create comprehensive training materials, documentation, and user guides, and ensures that they are always kept up to date. Conduct training sessions to ensure end-users feel comfortable and proficient with all the planning software. Keep the user community up to date of the latest system enhancements. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical specifications to be presented to and follow up with the designated software
