Responsibilities

Mission: The Clearing & Settlement Services employee is responsible for managing and executing day-to-day operations related to securities settlement. The role ensures the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of asset trade settlements, delivering high-quality service to SGSS clients while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory and internal standards.

- Execute post-trade processing of securities transactions across local and international markets, ensuring timely and accurate settlement.
- Monitor and follow up on both internal and external settlement instructions for clients.
- Investigate and resolve settlement pending items, breaks, and discrepancies with counterparties, as well as irregularities in coordination with clients’ back and middle offices.

Profile required

Studies & experience: Bachelor's degree in Economics or related fields.



Background in Securities Services, with a good understanding of industry standards and operational frameworks. At least 1 year of proven experience in Securities Services, with sound knowledge of industry regulations and processes.

Language skills: Excellent command of written and spoken Italian (C2 level). Upper-intermediate English (B2 level).

Technical, operational & Soft skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office & 365 applications. Knowledge of Securities Operations processes and workflows. Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards. Good level of technological literacy and familiarity with operational systems. Salary

Salary range: 35.5k € - 37.5k € / Year.
