We are looking for a motivated graduate with a technical, engineering, or IT background who is passionate about industrial technologies, digital innovation,



and Artificial Intelligence. Based in Rovereto, you will contribute to a strategic project aimed at capturing, structuring, and enhancing the technical know-how of the manufacturing plant, transforming operational expertise into accessible digital knowledge and training resources through company-approved digital and AI solutions.

Main Responsibilities

Collect and map technical know-how from process experts, technicians, and key plant stakeholders.
Structure and organize operational knowledge into standardized and easily accessible formats.
Develop digital content, guidelines, procedures, and training materials to support knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, and Automation teams to identify critical knowledge areas.
Support the creation and maintenance of centralized knowledge repositories and digital documentation systems.
Contribute to the implementation of AI-based solution
