Xylem is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Sales Manager EMEA
(m/f/d) – Ultrapure Water / EDI & LAB to lead and accelerate growth of our




Ultrapure Water (EDI & LAB) product lines within the Treatment Solutions
portfolio across the EMEA region. this role will be based in UK, Spain or Italy

This role combines strategic leadership with a strong execution focus and full
accountability for delivering profitable growth across a defined business
segment. You will lead a regional team and drive commercial excellence across
both direct sales and channel partner networks.

Your Responsibilities:

* Own and deliver an ambitious sales growth plan across the EMEA region,
ensuring above-market, profitable growth
* Lead, coach, and develop regional teams
* Drive execution of strategic growth initiatives and commercial projects
across EMEA
