RECEPTIONIST / NIGHT PORTER (m/f/d)

to strengthen our Sonnwies team

Your Tasks With Us

Warmly welcoming and looking after our guests during late service (15.30 - 00.00)
Managing the night telephone service, including being on call to assist with guest concerns
Room service for our guests on request
Correspondence of emails and guest messages
Complaints management
Maintenance of the guest files in ASA-J
Preparation and updating of all administrative work
Transmission of the most important information to the morning service

What You Bring With You

Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry
Good knowledge of German, Italian and English
ASA-J knowledge and ReGuest knowledge an advantage
Computer and IT skills (Microsoft Office package)
Enthusiasm for the job
Good communication skills
High guest orientation
Reliability and flexibility
Well-groomed and confident appearance
You are used to working at night and solving problems independently
