Sales Account Manager (m/f/d) – Italy

As a Sales Account Manager (m/f/d) – Industrial Network Technology, you will support our customers in the Italian market, advise them on our technical solutions, and actively contribute to the growth of our business.
We are looking for a motivated sales professional with at least 2 years of sales experience in industrial automation or a comparable technical market, who enjoys building customer relationships and developing new business opportunities.

Your Responsibilities
Manage and develop existing customers in the Italian market, with a focus on Northern and Central Italy.
Acquire new customers and identify business opportunities.
Take ownership of the assigned sales territory, including sales targets, pipeline development, forecasting, and account planning.
Proactively plan and conduct regular customer visits to develop existing accounts,



understand customer needs, and identify new business opportunities.
Advise customers on our technical products and applications.
Coordinate quotations, develop commercial proposals, and conduct contract negotiations.
Collaborate with Application Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing.
Use CRM tools to manage customer accounts, opportunities, and sales activities.
Monitor market and competitor developments.

Your Profile
Technical or commercial qualification, with a degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
At least 2 years of sales experience in industrial automation or a comparable technical market.
Experience in building customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and conducting customer visits.
Good understanding of customer applications, the industrial automation market, and customer decision-making processes, with the ability to translate technical req
