About the Role:




The selected candidate have the responsability of Plant QHSE Manager and Safety Manager (RSPP), ensuring the integrated management of Quality, Health and Safety, and Environmental processes.
The role will work closely with Management, company functions, and the Group QHSE network, ensuring compliance with Coesia policies, legal requirements, and applicable ISO standards.
Main Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with applicable QHSE legal, regulatory, corporate, and ISO requirements, maintaining and continuously improving the related management systems, procedures, and operational controls.
Support Management in defining and deploying QHSE policies, strategies, programs, and improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives and Group guidelines.
Lead internal, certification, customer, and workplace audits and inspections, ensuring effective closure of findings and continuous improvement act
